Abstract

In this work, we examine the asymptotic behavior and well-posedness of a one-dimensional Von Kármán beam linked to thermal conduction, which is determined by the Gurtin-Pipkins law. Within the semigroup framework, the existence and uniqueness of the solutions are demonstrated, and the stability is attained with the help of an appropriate Lyapunov functional.
