Abstract

The Haar wavelet method (HWM) for Zika virus transmission is presented in this article. The  operational matrix of integration (OMI) of Haar wavelets has been created for HWM. An  example of a non-linear coupled ordinary differential equation (ODE) system is the Zika virus  model. Here, the OMI of Haar wavelets is used to derive the numerical solution of the Zika  model using the collocation points and HWM. This approach first transforms the  mathematical model of the Zika virus into a set of nonlinear algebraic equations, which are  then resolved using Newton Raphson's method. Since a precise solution is unavailable, the  numerical results are compared with the Runge Kutta method and the ND Solver solution.  The numerical results obtained show how easy and effective the current method is. Theorems  explain the convergence analysis. In comparison to the existing approaches in the literature, the recently implemented HWM enhances accuracy with faster convergence and an increase in resolution (J).
