Rural healthcare challenges through quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic Z-numbers

Abstract

Rural healthcare is one of the most challenging areas for Government of India. Although several organizations are coming together for improvements in health care and technology plays a crucial role to facilitate this. In this article we have tried to solve
a practical health care MADM problem through the quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic (QSVN) $Z$-numbers (QSVNZN) and QSVN $Z$-number sets. For this purpose we have studied QSVN $Z$-weighted aggregation operator (QSVNZWAA) and QSVN $Z$-weighted
geometric aggregation operator (QSVNZWGA). Finally a solution of our proposed MADM problem is provided with the help of these aggregation operators.
