Roll of viral infection in a nutrient-phytoplankton-zooplankton mathematical model
Abstract
The present paper explores a four-dimensional nutrient phytoplankton- zooplankton mathematical model in presence of viral infection, Mathematical modeling on plankton dynamics is a great interest in re- searchers. Here we discuss the mass action law for nutrient. We find the existence and local stability of equilibrium points. We also derived the Biological implication of threshold parameters and com- munity structure. To investigate the local stability of interior equilibrium point and Hopf-Bifurcation. Also discuss the Permanence of the system for future time. Viral infection has a great impact upon the plankton dynamics. In this system we observed that Oscillation, limit cyclic, periodic solution in 2D plane.
