Numerical treatment and comparative study for Fredholm Integral equation of second kind

Abstract

This article is related to the numerical treatment of Fredholm integral equation of the second kind without using an over determined system of linear equations as well as the least square method. The integral equations are approximated by means of a polynomial that is obtained by Gaussian quadrature environment. The applicability of the proposed scheme is verified numerically through three tests in detail and compared with others and to existing results.
