Abstract

We consider an image motion stabilization system embedded into a space telescope for a scanning optoelectronic observation of terrestrial targets. In the developed model of this system, we take into account the physical hysteresis of the piezo-ceramic drive of the image motion compensator built into the telescope. We have presented elaborated algorithms for discrete filtering, obtained results on analysis of the image motion velocity oscillations in the telescope focal plane, and also methods for terrestrial and in-flight verification of the system.
