Abstract

Product quality is crucial since it influences an industry's success and contributes to build its reputation in target markets. Industries can reduce production costs, boost investment returns, and enhance revenue when they can produce high-quality goods that continue to fulfill client demands. A high-quality product fosters unwavering consumer loyalty, which increases leads. Testing units to see if they meet the requirements for the finished product is known as quality control. This work introduces a new technique for making a unique lot decision in a mixed environment using Variable-Attribute-Variable (VAV) combinations for independent plans. The authors derive the mixed sampling plans' operating characteristics function and other relevant measurements. The parameters of the sampling plan are determined using a novel design process that is described. Tables help to make the implementation of 3D sample designs in the Quality Assurance Segments of manufacturing organisations as simple as feasible.
