Abstract

This study analyzes multicriteria decision making problems with entropy weights in intuitionistic fuzzy setting. In order to find the criteria weight, an entropy weight model is used in this paper. To aggregate the intuitionistic fuzzy values, an intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging operator is applied in this method which is an extension of weighted averaging operator. In food production chain, a food grain processing is a physical technique which systematically compressed to the preferred size of the grain by polishing the kernel. Nowadays, the food processor deals with tremendous challenges to processing the grains in food technologies. To overcome this situation, a fuzzy decision-making method is utilized to find the solution based on processor's perception. Finally, a new score function is used to rank the alternatives to get the desirable alternative.
