Dynamics of Fractional-Order Chaotic and Hyper-Chaotic Systems

Abstract

In this paper, a fractional-order chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems is proposed and its dynamics are investigated through numerical simulations.It is found that the variation of the fractionalorder can induce bifurcations. Properties of the system have been analyzed by means of Lyapunov exponents. The minimum effective dimensions have been identified for chaos to exist in commensurate and incommensurate orders
