Evaluation of Covid-19 pandemic effects in Indian tourism
Tourism is an important part of Indian economy since years. The recent attack of Covid-19 pandemic on Indian tourism has significantly affected the economy. This study is an approach to approximately evaluate the effect of the pandemic in Indian tourism. The tool used here is fuzzy set theory and its different decision-making field. A case study is provided to illustrate the applicability of the novel approach. The difference between the ranking values of ‘before’ and ‘after’ the attack of Covid-19 pandemic with respect to different attributes is found
to be significant through the case study.
